How to choose the best London property agent?
In the first five categories, the list is divided into four main categories: The ‘agent’s bible’, the ‘best agent for a specific area’, the top agent’s criteria, and the most-hated agents in the field.
The agent’s list includes everything you need to know about the industry, including the top 10 agents who are considered the most disliked.
The most hated agents in this field The most-hate agents in your area?
The list is ranked by the number of complaints made against the agents and by the amount of time they’ve been out of the industry for at least three years.
For example, the number one most-banned agent in the UK is Pauline Williams, who has been in the profession for nearly 30 years.
Williams is a regular complaint to the Home Office for the past 10 years.
She is banned for the next seven years, and banned for three years from dealing with landlords.
She is also banned from being a landlord for at most three years after she completes a three-year ban.
Other agents who were banned from renting property to tenants for at best three years include John Deacon and Lisa Houghton.
Another agent banned for two years is Helen Cairns, who was fined £300,000 last year for not reporting tenants correctly.
In the second category, agents are judged on their reputation, and by how much time they have been out in the market for a property.

The list is then ranked by how many complaints they have made against them, and their average number of reviews a month.
It has been widely claimed that the list has a “one-size-fits-all” solution to every agent’s problem.
But what exactly does that mean?
Does it mean that a particular agent is going to be more popular than others?
Or will they be more controversial?
Or just more disliked?
The answer to all of these questions is ‘yes’, but it does mean that you have to choose your agents carefully.
You should be aware that not every agent is the same, and you should make sure that you check the agents list thoroughly before you hire them.
However, some agents are more popular that others.
