A holiday house agency that sold properties in the city of Evisham has been evicted from its lease and is planning to close its doors.
The Evisheham-based property agents agency said it is considering a court case against the agency.
“The agency is considering legal action to stop the eviction from going ahead,” a spokeswoman said.
The agency operates two properties in Evishem, and said it has a number of other clients that have similar properties.
It said the agency had not received any notice from the local council.
A spokesman for the City of Evosheham said the council was investigating the eviction of the agency as it did not comply with the terms of the lease.
The spokeswoman said: “We’re aware of the eviction and are investigating it as it is not within the terms and conditions of the agreement.”
